			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>After far too long a delay, Gtk3-Fortran is now available in the package manager:</p><p><a href="http://packages.simplyfortran.com/package/61.html">http://packages.simplyfortran.com/package/61.html</a></p><p>This package only provides the 32-bit bindings.&nbsp; A 64-bit package will be available soon, but it will not provide PLPlot support due to PLPlot issues on 64-bit Windows.&nbsp; </p><p>I apologize for the delay if anyone was eagerly awaiting this package.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>GTK+ 3.6.4 is now available for 32-bit projects.&nbsp; The 64-bit distribution should be available in the next day or two.&nbsp; Gtk3-Fortran bindings will be available before the end of January.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Gtk-Fortran is now available: <a href="http://packages.simplyfortran.com/package/24.html">http://packages.simplyfortran.com/package/24.html</a></p><p>This build seems to be working well, but some bugs may exist in functions requesting/passing filenames from/to Windows.&nbsp; Most of them seem to be squashed.</p><p>It will probably be a long wait for the 64-bit packages.&nbsp; Gtk+ officially considers the 64-bit Windows builds &quot;<a href="http://www.gtk.org/download/win64.php">experimental</a>.&quot;&nbsp; Additionally, PlPlot is not yet available for Simply Fortran in its 64-bit form.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>That&#039;s good new and bad news, Jeff.</p><p>Good, because it&#039;s great to have this GUI-support library available.<br />Bad, because i&#039;ve now got to learn how to use it in SF !</p><p>Any good tips about where to begin will be most welcome.<br />(from anyone - it doesn&#039;t have to be Jeff!) <br />..especially about how to call the GTk+ library from GFortran.</p><p>Also, any chance that you could mount Gtk+x64 as well before long?<br />I always develop 32 and 64 together.<br />--- <br />John</p>]]></content>
