AppGraphics supports checkboxes, radio buttons, and list boxes as of version 1.3.  The documentation online was actually pointing at an older version.  For details on how to create any of these "Windows Controls," see:

The documentation is also available in Simply Fortran by selecting "Contents" from the Help menu.

I think I can figure out how to replicate this functionality with existing controls.
Do such controls exist?
