I've begun looking at this possibility since I saw the (presumably your) review on the Windows Store. No promises yet, but I'm looking into adding texinfo.

Hi,

Msys provides a texinfo compiler for Windows .

Texinfo is indeed a very convenient way to write a documentation for a program, because with a single source you can generate a PDF or an html file. I don't know what an equivalent would be.

But for Windows users, there is no texinfo editor other than GNU Emacs.

So I suggest Simply Text would take in charge some texinfo syntax highlighting -- if it's not too difficult
