I'll make sure it is fixed.  That option is a somewhat special case, which is probably how it ended up broken.

After DE-selecting  ' [ ] Enforce standard ', then saving the project, then quitting from SF, I am then finding, when re-starting SF and re-loading the same project, that ' [x] Enforce standard ', has re-selected itself, or rather, that SF has not remembered that I had de-selected it to ' [ ] Enforce standard ', before saving.
