I privately sent an email to Mohammed about this problem, but if anyone else is experiencing it, here's what to do:

1. Open a terminal using the macOS Terminal application.

2. Run the following command:

xcode-select --install

3. When the popup appears asking if you want to install the Command-Line Developer Tools, select "Install"

4. Wait for the installation to complete.

You may get this warning even after a simple update from Apple. It can be quite frustrating, but we have to live within Apple's rules.
