Simply Fortran ships with a non-trivial example on its Start panel, Conway's Game of Life that uses AppGraphics to create an interactive application.  There is also a browser for a network protocol known as "Gemini" written entirely in Fortran that uses AppGraphics on Windows, with the source available and also in the Windows Store as a binary.

I agree that a library of examples and tutorials would be a nice addition, though.
