			<description><![CDATA[<p>Pete,</p><p>I&#039;m working on updating GLPK to version 5, which is also quite old. The project&#039;s last release appears to be around 2020.&nbsp; The issue is that moving to version 5 breaks the <a href="https://packages.simplyfortran.com/package/59.html">Fortran interface</a> in a few places.&nbsp; I personally manage that Fortran interface, so it needs updating as well.&nbsp; That process is taking some time.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi Jeff,<br />Could you please update the GLPK package too? The version in the library dates from 2004 and is 32 bit only. It would be great to have a 64 bit version too. I do a fair bit of optimization work and normally compile as 64 bit but have to drop everything to 32bit to use the library.<br />Regards, Pete</p>]]></description>
