			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I have emailed to Jeff a snapshot of a Win Doze system error message about c:\config.msi, with the following explanation:</p><p>When installing 3.8, as well as something like the previous two or maybe even three versions, this error has popped up during the install process (see attached file).</p><p>Note that the error popped up at least three times. I was able to deal with it and move on by&nbsp; selecting the directory, config.msi, and invoking a utility I have on my laptop called &#039;TakeOwnership&#039;, then resuming.&nbsp; This led to successful installation.<br />--- <br />John</p>]]></content>
