			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I&#039;ve looked at this software before, and it has some issues with respect to how the Package Manager handles installation.&nbsp; Basically, you need to run the GrWin installer (the msi file) to properly configure things.&nbsp; The Package Manager doesn&#039;t support arbitrary .msi files, however, and it won&#039;t in the future either.&nbsp; I&#039;ll have to look into this package considerably more, but I can&#039;t make any promises.</p>]]></content>
