ie

CTRL-LMB  = 'step-over'
CTRL-RMB  = 'step-in'

I ask because I find having to reach across the keyboard and dangle my arm there whilst repeatedly pressing F8 or F9 just slightly tedious.  I can't explain why, but the old method of using single key presses of keyboard letters seemed a little easier.  I do see why this can't be used when debugging from inside the editor-hence my alternative suggestion/request.
