			<description><![CDATA[<p>John,</p><p>The only difference is that:</p><p>Options<br />&nbsp; &gt; Compiler<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &gt; Fortran<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &gt; Compiler flags</p><p>are global flags used all the time by Simply Fortran&#039;s compiler, while:</p><p>Options<br />&nbsp; &gt; Project<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &gt; Project flags<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&gt; Fortran Compiler</p><p>are project-specific.&nbsp; The flags will appear in (generally) the same place in the compiler&#039;s command line in the makefile.</p>]]></description>
