I just responded to you via email.  Is AVG claiming that libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll contains a virus?  If so, that might explain why you're seeing an error saying you cannot access it. 

Simply Fortran has been deemed safe by multiple independent sources.  There are no known viruses contained within the installer.

Verify that the file exists and that you can access it."

Can someone advice? Thanks!
