GLUI can be added rather easily.  It is, however, a C++ library without any Fortran bindings. 

As for alternatives, we currently provide F03GL, which wraps most of the GLUT library.  It doesn't provide nearly the same functionality as GLUI like you've suggested.

I've also tried to bring AntTweakBar and its Fortran interface to Simply Fortran, but I ran into a few stumbling blocks.  I'll try to get that moving again.

Does anyone have any further suggestions for OpenGL-based toolkits that they'd like to see?
