A helpful error message dialog pops up when one tries running DEBUG on an undebuggable executable.

The error dialog has an option to take the hapless user directly to the options dialog where debugging needs to be enabled.
This, however, incorrectly offers to take the user, and then takes him, to the Compiler Options dialog.

This is no longer where the enable-debugging selector is found.
Does the dialog need to be changed, so that it now offers to take the user, and then takes him, to the Project Options dialog, Code Generation tab?
