A printable manual would certainly be doable, but there aren't currently plans to provide one.  I'll look into some options, but I can't make any promises in the immediate future.

I don't mean to decry the help file because I think it is well written and it is very helpful, but people do like to have a printed manual for good software, and it's more likely that it will be read than when only the help file version is available.  This will enable users to achieve more with the product, thereby enhancing its reputation.
