			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&nbsp; suggest that changing a project option that involves the build process should trigger a clean prior to a rebuild.&nbsp; Currently,&nbsp; if I change a compile time option (say run time diagnostics), but don&#039;t change the source file, a rebuild does not force a recompile.</p>]]></description>
