Can you send a screenshot?  Recent versions added support for variable DPI settings, and I can't replicate the issues you're reporting.

Recent versions of SF (windows) do not perform particularly well on my HDPI display.
Fonts in panels are too small for my ageing eyes, lines in menus are too tight,
sizes of buttons and tabs are also too small and some of their labels do not fit inside.
Therefore, at the moment I stick to version 3.15.
