I sent you an email yesterday about this, but we don't currently support the ability to debug natively on Apple M1 Macs.  The GNU Debugger, the engine we use elsewhere for debugging, doesn't currently support this platform, and the Apple-backed lldb debugger doesn't support the Fortran language.  Debugging works fine on Intel Macs, so you can use our IDE under Rosetta 2 as an alternative.

We are still searching for a solution, but it won't be appearing quickly.
