It appears to be a new bug.  I think you're actually seeing nonsense from memory.  I get some different nonsense characters.  We'll get a bug fix out tomorrow.

I'm experiencing some unusual behavior using the comment (Ctrl-R) and un-comment (Ctrl-T) functions. When I comment out a line using Ctrl-R and then un-comment the line using Ctrl-T, the following characters are displayed, 'ì    ¸'
Is this caused by a setting in the editor? Or is this unique to my situation?
