<![CDATA[Approximatrix Forums — macOS Sequoia Debugger Issues]]> https://forums.approximatrix.com/viewtopic.php?id=966 Thu, 31 Oct 2024 20:28:51 +0000 PunBB <![CDATA[macOS Sequoia Debugger Issues]]> https://forums.approximatrix.com/viewtopic.php?pid=4388#p4388 A user has reported, and I've since confirmed, that our debugger is no longer functioning on macOS Sequoia on Intel Macs.  There seems to be some serious issues, possibly related to but not limited to Apple's linker, causing the executables to be unusable by the GNU Debugger.  The resulting executables seem to have DWARF debugging information that does not conform to the DWARF standard, though Apple's lldb does not seem bothered by the issue.

We're trying to find a workaround here, but the situation looks pretty bad right now.
