Topic: I want utf-8

Warning: command-line option '-finput-chartset=utf-8' is valid for C/C++/ObjC/ObjC++ but not for Fortran.
How to fix it?

You've identified a long-standing bug in GNU Fortran that hasn't been fixed yet.  I can look at some suggested patches, but a fix won't be appearing quickly since it involves how the compiler itself works.
