Topic: Version 4 installer

Paid and then downloaded V4 for windows to install on a Win10  machine. First try at installation failed with a message that a dll was missing. Ran the installer again and it claimed that the install was complete, giving me a choice to reinstall or launch. I chose launch and nothing happened. Trying to start the program from the Start menu also failed. I uninstalled and then reinstalled, same problem. Only anti-virus running is Windows defender. Never had any trouble with previous versions and V3.41 is running fine. Any ideas/suggestions?

Nevermind. Restarting the computer and then starting SF4 worked fine. Strange problem, but perhaps not that uncommon with Windows.
