Topic: SF 3.6, 3.7, 3.8 install error msg

I have emailed to Jeff a snapshot of a Win Doze system error message about c:\config.msi, with the following explanation:

When installing 3.8, as well as something like the previous two or maybe even three versions, this error has popped up during the install process (see attached file).

Note that the error popped up at least three times. I was able to deal with it and move on by  selecting the directory, config.msi, and invoking a utility I have on my laptop called 'TakeOwnership', then resuming.  This led to successful installation.

I think this is likely to be an obscure problem caused by the company security systems on my laptop.  Very low priority, Jeff, because I have easily overcome it, as explained in my first message.
