Topic: Space below menu
The space beneath the menu icons (New, Open, Save, etc) and the project sections seems to be a few rows too long, and whenever I minimize and then recall the program, it increases.

The space beneath the menu icons (New, Open, Save, etc) and the project sections seems to be a few rows too long, and whenever I minimize and then recall the program, it increases.
I believe I've seen this behavior occasionally under Win2k. What version of Windows are you currently using? I'll have a look at the resize code (the most likely culprit) to see if I notice any glaring errors.

Also, it only seems to happen when I start it maximized. After reducing the size, closing it, and then reopening it, the bug goes away.
It looks like the issue can occur because the toolbar sizing is being improperly handled during window layout and resizing. Under almost every circumstance this symptom won't be seen. However, it is possible to run into problem, obviously. The bug fix is done, and I'll be testing it. There'll be a new version of Simply Fortran in the next week or so that incorporates the fix.
