Fortran Call Tips

It would appear that at some point towards the end of the version 1.x series, Fortran call tips for non-intrinsic procedures stopped working.  If anyone else has noticed the bug, please be aware that it is fixed in the development version, and everything should be working fine when version 2.3 is released.
