Can source files be printed from the editor?
How?
I can't find <print> in the file menu, and Ctrl-P doesn't print.
One can print the file from another editor is it necessary to do that?

I suggest adding Ctrl-R and Ctrl-T to the editor RMB context menu

Simply Fortran does not support printing of any type at this time.  Adding Ctrl-R and Ctrl-T to the editor's context menu makes sense, but hasn't been done yet for some complicated reasons.  I'll look into changing it again.
