The link works, and it's a good example of using f2py.  I've done it myself with Simply Fortran in the past, although there tends to be problems with 64-bit Python extensions and Simply Fortran.  The issues with 64-bit, though, are mostly due to Python's support for Windows, not Simply Fortran.
