Editor Context Menu in 1.24

I just wanted to alert users that a bug may exist in version 1.24 related to the context menu in the editor.  Under some versions of Windows, the context menu (accessed by right-clicking in the editor) may not appear.  The issue should be fixed in the development version, and the fix will appear in the next version.
