Topic: Printing with ver 1.28

I absolutely love the new printing facility for producing listing files, which I have been doing with a .PDF 'printer' driver.

One small complication - with the default settings, I am getting listings that are badly broken up by word-wrapping of 72-char lines.

I am guessing that this might be because the settings work for the US 'Letter' page size but not for the narrower A4 that we use in Europe.  Simple solution is to make these settings changes:

Simply Fortran page setup
---------------------------
LMargin = 20mm
RMargin = 7mm

Printer page setup
-------------------
Magnification = 90%

This works completely.

I think it would be helpfulif, at some point in future development, the Simply Fortran page setup screen had options to fix the printer output to fit 80 characters into various page sizes, if that were not too troublesome,

John,

I'll look into it a bit more.  One thing that should work is decreasing your editor font size prior to printing to fit on the page better.  I realize that this suggestion is rather ridiculous, however.  I'll see what I can do.
