Topic: Where is the best place to find graphing documentation

Where can I find a sample/demo of the code required to position and create a chart/graph?

I’ve been using drag-n-drop tool interfaces for so long, I need some reminders about how to position output data on paper for printing. Or even on a clean monitor screen (simply displaying the report). In years past, when it was just text data, I recall just having tabs/spaces to move horizontally and line feeds to move vertically.

So positioning a graph? Does the app create it’s own window?

Re: Where is the best place to find graphing documentation

The AppGraphics package that comes with Simply Fortran on all platforms is a simple 2D charting package.  We provide a tutorial here.  When you create a graph, it will open its own window to display it.  The graphs are not dynamic, so you'll need to program your axes ahead of time.
