Can I run my SW on my other systems ... do I need another license ?

Does SF need to be installed on every system On which I would like to run my code ?

I will   writing and compiling on 1 system but  may need to run it on several systems.

No, an executable created with Simply Fortran for Windows or macOS should not have any outside dependencies, and the executables should "just work" on machines that don't have Simply Fortran installed.  You do not need any additional licenses to distribute an executable compiled with Simply Fortran.
